What is it?
Block unwanted Directory Assistance costs by blocking this feature from your Teleblend phones.

How to use:

Log into your Member Account Manager using your email address and password.
Select the Call Features tab.
Choose Blocking from the menu.
Check the Block Directory Service Calls (411) box under Outbound Blocking and click Save.
